Maximus TriLipo in Wrocław: cellulite and body firming
During a course of Maximus TriLipo treatments, the circumference of the abdomen and thighs usually decreases, and skin affected by cellulite becomes smoother and firmer. The device combines radiofrequency, which heats the skin and fatty tissue, with rhythmic muscle stimulation. Most often, we see women with love handles and looser skin on the tummy, or with cellulite on the thighs and buttocks. We’ve had the Maximus in our salon since 2019.

Maximus TriLipo is a body treatment that combines tripolar radiofrequency with dynamic muscle activation (DMA). The device is manufactured by the Israeli company Pollogen. At Biały Lotos, located at 8/2 Armii Krajowej Avenue in Wrocław, we offer this treatment for the abdomen (including love handles), thighs, buttocks, arms, back, calves and the area around the knees.

Will Maximus help with cellulite and love handles?
Yes, if the love handles and cellulite are localised. Radiofrequency heats the fatty tissue and stimulates the fat cells to release stored fat. At the same time, the muscles beneath the treatment head contract rhythmically, boosting circulation in that area.
Your weight usually remains largely unchanged, but your trousers will sit more loosely around the waist. Cellulite becomes noticeably less visible, although it does not disappear completely. If you are significantly overweight or have a large amount of excess skin, the treatment will not be effective, and we will make this clear during the consultation.

Toning the stomach and arms: loose skin becomes firmer
The heat from the radiofrequency waves causes the collagen fibres to contract, and the skin feels tighter after just the first treatment. New collagen is also produced in the dermis, and the firming effect continues to improve for around two months. We mainly perform this radiofrequency lift on the abdomen following pregnancy or weight loss, and on the arms. The treatment does not affect the epidermis, and you can resume your normal activities straight away.
What does radiofrequency involve in the Maximus treatment?
The handpiece glides over the skin and delivers a tripolar radiofrequency wave, which concentrates heat in the dermis and adipose tissue. The treatment heads have between 3 and 6 electrodes, and we select them according to the size of the treatment area. The same treatment head also utilises DMA, or dynamic muscle activation. You’ll feel this as rhythmic contractions beneath the skin.
We heat the skin to 39–45°C and monitor its temperature throughout the treatment. You hold the button in your hand: if it gets too hot, you can stop the radiofrequency treatment yourself at any time. One treatment area, such as the stomach and love handles, takes about 30 minutes.
A course consists of 4–6 sessions, once a week
You’ll feel your skin tightening after the first treatment, and a reduction in circumference is usually noticeable over the course of a course of treatments. The 5-treatment package listed in the price list corresponds to just such a course. To ensure the results last as long as possible, the skin needs to be stimulated regularly, roughly once a month.
Between appointments, drink more water and get plenty of exercise – even if it’s just a walk.
Maximus complements the Icoone Laser 2 well
We often associate Maximus with Icoone Laser 2. Maximus targets body fat and skin firmness, whilst the Icoone Laser 2 focuses primarily on lymphatic drainage and treating water-based cellulite. We will determine the sequence and intervals during the consultation.
Disinfection of print heads and regular servicing of the machine
We clean and disinfect the treatment heads after every client, in accordance with the new health and safety guidelines for the beauty industry. We have been using the Maximus since 2019, following training on how to operate the device. The device undergoes regular technical inspections to ensure the treatment parameters remain correct.

How much does a Maximus TriLipo treatment cost?
One session costs from 250 zł (arms, around the knees), 350 zł each for the tummy with love handles and the buttocks, and 800 zł for the whole legs. Each session lasts around 30 minutes; with a package of 5 treatments, each visit works out cheaper. A pre-treatment consultation is free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the procedure hurt?
No. You’ll feel a distinct warmth and rhythmic muscle contractions. We tailor the intensity of the heat and contractions to suit you, and you can stop the radio wave at any time using the button in your hand.
When will I see the results?
You’ll notice firmer skin after your first session. A reduction in circumference usually occurs during the course of treatment, and the skin continues to firm up for about two months.
How many sessions are needed?
A course of 4–6 treatments, once a week. To ensure the results last as long as possible, come for a treatment roughly once a month.
Will I lose weight after taking Maximus?
The circumference of the abdomen or thighs usually decreases, whilst weight tends to remain stable. If you are overweight, the procedure is no substitute for a healthy diet and exercise.
Do I need to shave before the treatment?
No. We simply apply more glycerine to hairy skin, which the head works on.
Will my skin be red after the treatment?
It will be red and warm for a while. If the redness persists for more than two hours, apply a soothing cream, such as one containing aloe vera, to the skin. Mild swelling or bruising is rare. Overheating could cause a burn, which is why we monitor your skin temperature throughout the treatment and ask you how you’re feeling.
Can I come whilst I’m on my period?
No, if you are on your period, we will reschedule the treatment for another date.
Can I have the Maximus treatment after another procedure?
Yes, you need to leave a gap. Wait 1–2 weeks after laser or IPL treatment, and 2 weeks after an acid peel. After surgery in this area, wait until it has fully healed. We do not carry out the treatment where there are threads or synthetic fillers.
What should you do between treatments?
Drink more water and get active. A healthy diet enhances the effect.

We check for any contraindications during the consultation prior to the first treatment
We do not carry out the procedure in the following cases, amongst others:
- if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device;
- in the case of metal implants in the area of the procedure;
- during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding;
- during your period;
- in the case of cancer;
- in cases of epilepsy or multiple sclerosis;
- in cases of compromised immunity, including that caused by medication;
- when taking anticoagulants or retinoids;
- in cases of impaired temperature sensation or neuropathy;
- in the event of skin conditions in the area to be treated, e.g. cold sores, wounds, psoriasis, eczema or a rash;
- if you have a fresh or deep tan;
- in the event of varicose veins in the area to be treated;
- if you are prone to keloids or have difficulty with skin healing;
- following a recent surgical procedure, in the area where the procedure was carried out, until full healing has taken place;
- in the case of an abdominal or inguinal hernia, if the operation is to be performed on the abdomen.
