What are the benefits of endermology?

Endermology smooths skin affected by cellulite and reduces circumference in the areas treated. It improves lymphatic and blood circulation, so your legs feel lighter. The skin becomes firmer and less flabby, whilst scars and scar tissue look better.

Massage stimulates fibroblasts – the cells that produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This is one of the reasons why, over the course of a course of treatments, the skin becomes more supple.

When will I see the results?

The results appear gradually. For our clients, it usually goes like this:

How many sessions will I need, and how often?

We recommend a minimum of 10 sessions, and ideally 15. A course of 20 sessions is also a good idea if you want to continue building on the results.

Most people come twice a week. If you’d like to see results more quickly, you can have a treatment every other day, which is three times a week. With two visits a week, a course of 10 treatments takes about five weeks. We’ll draw up a detailed plan during your first visit.

Which areas can be treated with endermology?

Most commonly on the stomach, thighs, buttocks and arms. The stomach is often chosen by clients whose skin has become looser following weight loss or pregnancy.

Is endermology the same as lymphatic drainage?

Endermology has a draining effect because it improves lymphatic circulation in the area being massaged. That’s why your legs feel lighter after just the first treatment.

If the swelling has appeared suddenly, is only on one leg or is painful, consult a doctor first. The same applies to lymphoedema and lipoedema, as these are conditions that require medical management.

Contraindications

We do not carry out the procedure if:

● you have cancer, including skin cancer,
you have an infection or a contagious illness,
● you have phlebitis or are prone to thrombosis,
● you are taking anticoagulants,
if you have a wound, a rash, cold sores, skin inflammation or painful varicose veins or haemangiomas at the treatment site,
● liposuction was performed less than 6 months ago.
● We do not carry out endermology treatments during pregnancy

What can I use instead of Endermology for heavy legs?

However, if heavy, swollen legs are your main concern and cellulite is a secondary issue, the BTL Lymphastim pressotherapy treatment would be a better choice. It is a suit with 24 air chambers that covers the entire legs right up to the waist.

What does the procedure involve?

You’re putting on a costume, you lie down whilst the therapist guides the device’s head over your body. The head gently draws the skin in, whilst the rollers inside knead and move it. It feels like a firm, rhythmic massage.

We’ll adjust the suction power to suit you and we adjust it during the treatment if it’s too tight. The treatment shouldn’t hurt. After 40 minutes, you get dressed and go about your business

What happens after the procedure?

How should I prepare?

For your first appointment You don’t need to bring anything. You can buy the costume from us for 100 zł. It’s yours to keep; you can take it home and bring it back clean for your next sessions.

We carry out the procedure whilst wearing a costume, No gels or lotions, so please come to your appointment without any lotion on your skin.

Before your first treatment We will ask you about any medical conditions, medicines (particularly blood-thinning medication), pregnancy and any previous operations. The aim is to ensure the procedure is safe for you.

Endermology or Icoone?

Customers often ask about this, because both treatments involve vacuum massage. The difference lies in the treatment heads. In the LPG system, the skin is kneaded by rotating rollers. Do you need a swimsuit for endermology?

Yes. The treatment head does not come into direct contact with the skin, but works through a special Endermowear suit. You buy it from us once for 100 zł and use it throughout the entire course of treatment. We carry out the treatment without any gels or lotions.

How much does endermology cost in Wrocław?

At the Biały Lotos salon, the first treatment costs 160 zł, and each subsequent individual treatment costs 180 zł. A package of 5 treatments costs 850 zł, 10 treatments cost 1,600 zł, and 15 treatments cost 2,350 zł. On top of that, there’s a one-off charge of 100 zł for a swimsuit.

What helps to improve the results of endermology?

First and foremost, consistency – that is, 2–3 sessions a week as planned. Between sessions, drink about 1.5 litres of water a day, cut down on salt and sweets, and try to get more exercise.
