What is the BTL Exilis Elite treatment and how does it work?
BTL Exilis Elite is an innovative system that combines the effects of monopolar radiofrequency (RF) and ultrasound in a single treatment head. By penetrating deep into the tissues, it heats them evenly, which leads to the breakdown of locally accumulated fat, the contraction of stretched collagen fibres and the strong stimulation of the skin to produce new collagen. It is an excellent method for non-invasive thermal lifting of the face and body.
Is the procedure safe, and does it hurt?
Exilis Elite is a completely non-invasive and very safe treatment, guaranteed by its built-in cooling system and tissue temperature monitoring. The procedure is painless – clients experience only intense, deep and relaxing warmth during the treatment. It also requires no recovery time.
What results can I expect, and when will they be visible?
The treatment provides spectacular firming of sagging skin, a reduction in the appearance of wrinkles, an improvement in facial contours and a visible reduction in circumference in the targeted areas of the body (e.g. the abdomen, thighs and arms). The first signs of improved skin firmness are often visible immediately, although the full effect of collagen remodelling builds up gradually over the following weeks.
How many treatments are required?
The number of sessions required depends on individual circumstances, the condition of the skin and the area being treated. Generally, to achieve optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend a course of 4 to 6 treatments, carried out at intervals of 7–14 days.
What is the best treatment to combine with Exilis Elite?
Due to the intense release of metabolites from adipose tissue during the treatment, we recommend undergoing lymphatic drainage immediately after the session to maximise and accelerate the body-contouring effects.
