What results does the RedTouch PRO laser deliver for the face, neck and décolletage?
Even after the very first treatment, the complexion looks fresher and reflects light differently, as the red light stimulates skin cells to regenerate. You’ll need to wait for the skin to become firmer. The full effect is visible about a month after a course of treatments, and the skin continues to improve over the following months, for up to half a year. It is then firmer and tighter, and the facial contours are more defined. When you pinch it between your fingers, it no longer creases into fine folds. To maintain the effect, the skin needs to continue to be stimulated regularly.
It’s best to treat the face together with the neck and décolletage so that the skin looks uniform. Horizontal wrinkles on the neck respond well to treatment, as do sun-induced discolouration on the hands. You can start treatments earlier, before the facial contours begin to sag.
Will RedTouch PRO help with wrinkles under the eyes?
For fine lines under the eyes and at the corners of the eyes, yes. The skin there is the thinnest on the whole face, and collagen loss is most quickly visible there. The laser stimulates the skin to rebuild collagen, so with each treatment the wrinkles become shallower. We treat the eye area as a separate treatment for 700 zł, or as part of a full-face treatment.
Bags and dark circles under the eyes, just like drooping eyelids, have different causes, which is why we assess the eye area first during the consultation.
A CO₂ laser or the RedTouch PRO – which is better?
It depends on whether you can afford to set aside a week for recovery. The CO₂ laser vaporises microcolumns of the epidermis and the procedure is usually carried out under anaesthetic. Over the following days, your face will be swollen and flaky, but in return, a single treatment produces a more pronounced effect.
RedTouch PRO is also a fractional laser, but it passes through the epidermis without damaging it. No anaesthetic is required and you can return to work the very same day; the results are achieved through a series of treatments. At Biały Lotos, we have been using only devices that do not damage the epidermis for the past 13 years, which is why we do not have a CO₂ laser.
Is the RedTouch PRO laser effective for treating facial discolouration?
For mild discolouration, such as sunspots, yes. The first few days look different here than with a rejuvenation treatment. The discolouration darkens after the treatment and remains that way for a few days, up to a week at most. The skin may be slightly swollen for a day or two, and then the dark mark begins to peel and fades away within two or three weeks. We carry out the next treatment after 3–4 weeks.
It’s best to start in October or November, when the sun isn’t too hot and it hasn’t turned frosty yet. If you’ve just come back from holiday and are still tanned, we’ll wait 2–3 weeks.
You can see the effect on your lips straight away
Our observations show that clients are most pleased with the lip treatment. The lips are better supplied with blood, so immediately after leaving the clinic they look fuller, and the natural lip colour appears more vibrant. If you have dry lips, they’ll be better moisturised after the treatment. If you’re dreaming of noticeably fuller lips, that’s where fillers come in. A lip treatment costs 500 zł and is a good way to try out RedTouch PRO for yourself before you decide to have a facial treatment. For the lips, we usually carry out a series of three treatments every month.
What is laser facial volumetry?
Laser volumetry involves densifying and thickening the skin itself using its own collagen. The laser cannot replace fillers for deep volume loss; that is what fillers are for.
Most anti-ageing lasers work by causing controlled damage to the skin. This initially triggers the production of type III collagen, which only transforms into type I after a few days. RedTouch PRO immediately stimulates the skin to produce type I collagen without causing any damage. It is the only laser in the world that acts directly on collagen fibres.
This is evident from the histological examination. In a neck skin biopsy taken 45 days after the procedure, the volume of connective tissue fibres increased from 11% to 42%, whilst collagen and elastin were arranged more densely and evenly (Cannarozzo et al., Photobiomodulation, Photomedicine, and Laser Surgery, DOI 10.1089/photob.2020.4927).
We are using the 15 W PRO version. The older model was 10 W, so the new beam penetrates 33% deeper, and the treatment takes up to half the time.

Does the RedTouch PRO treatment hurt, and what happens during the appointment?
It doesn’t hurt and doesn’t require anaesthetic. You feel slight pricks, a bit like tiny needles, and a cooling sensation, as the treatment head keeps the skin cool at 5°C throughout the procedure.
We start by discussing your health and any medication you’re taking, and assessing your skin. Then we cleanse your face, you put on eye masks, we apply a thin layer of gel and glide the treatment head over it. The full-face treatment takes about half an hour.
After the treatment, your skin will be red for an hour or two and feel slightly warm, as if you’d spent a few hours in the sun. You can apply make-up the following day. Apply a regenerating cream at night and a cream with SPF 50+ during the day.
A course consists of 3–5 sessions, roughly once a month. Anyone starting at the beginning of November will have two sessions before Christmas.
RedTouch PRO can be combined with hyaluronic acid and radiofrequency
The laser does not dissolve the filler or reduce its longevity. In a Raman spectroscopy study, hyaluronic acid molecules remained unchanged after exposure to a 675 nm beam; therefore, RedTouch PRO treatment can be carried out in the area of the filler as early as one week after its administration. In the case of botulinum toxin, we observe a two-week interval both before and after laser treatment.

How much does a RedTouch PRO treatment cost in Wrocław?
A treatment covering the face, neck and décolletage costs 2,000 zł in total; the face alone costs 1,000 zł; the eye area and jawline cost 700 zł each; and the lips cost 500 zł. With package deals, each session works out cheaper:

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it worth getting the RedTouch PRO?
It’s worth considering if you want firmer skin and a more defined facial contour, and you can’t afford to set aside a few days for recovery. If, during the consultation, we decide that a different treatment would be more suitable for you, we’ll let you know straight away.
How long does it take to see results?
You can see the first difference after the first treatment, and the full effect about a month after the course of treatments. Your lips look better straight away when you leave the clinic.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually 3–5, about once a month.
Does laser treatment damage the face?
No. RedTouch PRO does not damage the epidermis, so the skin does not flake and no scabs form. The redness disappears after an hour or two.
Does the procedure hurt?
No. You can feel slight pricks, and the head cools the skin to 5°C.
When can I put on my make-up?
The next day.
Can I have a RedTouch PRO treatment after Botox?
Yes, two weeks after the botulinum toxin treatment. You should also wait two weeks before having your next Botox treatment following the laser treatment.
What are the side effects?
After a facial or lip treatment, the skin remains red for an hour or two. In the case of pigmentation, a darker mark may remain for up to a week, there may be slight swelling for a day or two, and peeling may continue for 2–3 weeks.
Can I have the treatment in the summer?
Yes, we offer RedTouch PRO all year round and for all skin tones. The only thing that might prevent us from carrying out the treatment is a recent tan or the use of a self-tanning product; in that case, we’ll need to wait 2–3 weeks. After the treatment, protect your skin with SPF 50+ sun cream.
Is RedTouch PRO a natural way to plump the lips?
The lips appear fuller and have a richer colour immediately after the treatment, as they are better supplied with blood and the laser stimulates collagen production in them. Only a filler can give you noticeably fuller lips.
I have hyaluronic acid in my lips. Can I have the RedTouch PRO treatment?
Yes, one week after the filler injection. The 675 nm laser does not dissolve hyaluronic acid.
How much does the RedTouch PRO cost for the face, neck and décolletage?
2,000 zł per treatment. With a package of 4 treatments, you pay 1,800 zł per session; with a package of 6 treatments, you pay 1,700 zł. A facial treatment on its own costs 1,000 zł.
What are the contraindications?
These include, amongst other things, pregnancy and breastfeeding, isotretinoin taken within the last six months, a recent tan, photosensitising medication and anticoagulants. You’ll find the full list below, and we’ll go through it together before your first treatment.

We check for any contraindications during the consultation prior to the first treatment
We do not carry out the procedure in the following cases, amongst others:
- pregnancy and breastfeeding;
- cancer;
- damaged skin or a skin infection at the treatment site, e.g. cold sores;
- a tendency to develop keloids and problems with wound healing;
- diabetes;
- autoimmune diseases (e.g. lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome, scleroderma, vitiligo) and connective tissue diseases;
- taking isotretinoin within the last 6 months;
- a fresh tan (2–3 weeks) and self-tanning products;
- a tattoo at the treatment site (with permanent lip make-up, we carry out a test first, as the pigment may fade);
- epilepsy;
- taking medicines or herbs that cause photosensitivity;
- taking steroid or anticoagulant medication within two weeks of your appointment.
